Forgot to do my oil change after 3 hours of it sitting there, it wasn't even busy, was told since the manager was on lunch it wasn't done. Thanks a bunch. This review is for the Big Flats location. I'm sure others are more capable

Ray and his crew always take care of my cars! I trust them more than anyone. They break it down for you and apply discounts when they can. They go out of their way to make customers happy. They get the job done fast too. I have never had to leave my car there for more than a few hours. I highly recomment.
