This place has a new employer that act very rude and don't put the correct quantity of meat on the orders! Other employers are so nice and made the orders correctly, but the lady they hired is a complete joke! No costumer service and she's the only who give the orders miserably! She's there regularly on the afternoon! I know everything is going up but that's no excuse to charge $14 for 3 pieces of meat!

I just ordered on Uber eats and ordered a steak salad from Amelias taqueria and they sent it to me with no steak and also no dressing. I called to talk about this and the first person I spoke to told me they couldnt find my order number and then the second person I spoke to found my order, told me they would check and see what was wrong and they then hung up on me and I called back a few times. No answer. So rude, such a waste of money. Overall really frustrating experience. Do not waste your money here.

First and foremost I appreciate your question and concern. Since emergence of pandemic in March 23,2020 we have taken the following actions:1. separated the dinning area from the kitchen area by Plexiglas hence no contact between employees and customers.2. all employees are required to wear plastic gloves and masks at all time at work and all are temp tested every morning they come to work.3.cleaning &sanitizing the entire restaurant (kitchen and dinning area) at least twice per day and sanitizing all common surfaces such as door knobs etc every 15 minutes during operation.4. No seating is allowed in any of our restaurants, only pick up and delivery. All delivery food and packages have safety seals which can not be tampered and can only open by client. We have kept the min 6feet social distancing in our kitchen by reducing the number of employees in each shift. Also we follow and perform closely all health regulations mandated by the Govt.
