Manager Kat said she doesn’t have to support troops and put on the game. And if we have a problem “she will get us dragged out”… so disrespectful to the guys that served our country.

First time experience here. Most of our party was from out of town and not aware of the ridiculously strict rules in Boston. We had a reservation that ended at 830, weren't planning on drinking, just wanted to eat some food and sing our bad voices raw. When checking in the manager immediately approached us with an aggressive attitude. Everyone was 29+ in our group but when reviewing our licenses she honestly acted like we all were going to have fakes (at a karaoke bar just shy of 7pm?? Really???). One of our group had travelled from out of the US and forgot to transfer her ID into her bag when she had arrived around 6pm from a long day of travelling. We were told she would have to leave at 8 so we just went into our room and did our thing. At 8 they came to grab her so I left with her so she wasn't alone. She pulls out an ID card that showed her age, dob, name and other identifying info so I go to ask the manager if that would be ok until 830. Immediately she launches back into her aggressive attitude. I wasn't argumentative, just wondering if that would fly since we had no alcohol in the room. She said no, I said okay, and left. I get that Boston has rules, no biggy. What I don't understand is why your manager felt the need to speak to people like they are absolutely ignorant. But hey, the fries were good 🤷🏼‍♀️
