This is the absolute worst office I have ever been. My case worker is extremely rude and threatened not to do my case. I have turned in all of my verifications and she still will not process it. I have talked to a supervisor which did nothing to help process my paperwork. Now they are telling me my caseworker only does paperwork one day a week, so she might be able to get to sometime this week. I just need them to do their part because they sure don't have a problem hassling me to do mine.
