One of the associates was rude and very snotty when I put an order in over the phone, then when I went to pick it up after an hour of putting in my order she never started it! Poor customer service

Is there a link to a menu for this place? They must lose a ton of business/$$$ because they dont have one posted anywhere. With the rave reviews about their food, youd think they would have more of an online/social media presence.
