The listing is out of date. Probably a great place to learn about and buy beer but they do not sell beer making supplies.

Popped in while nearby for a science conference-- great, diverse collection, knowledgeable/passionate staff and there's a shop 🐶?? I'm in heaven!! Highly recommend when in the area for one stop shopping to pick up the best the area has to offer. I was really impressed with how the folks helped out my friends (who are not beer savvy) they were incredibly kind, patient, no beer snobbery and made beer accessible and walked them through flavors and options so they could bring stuff home for friends and family Highly highly recommend when in the area and be sure to give their adorable pup a boop on the nose and some 🍑 scratches!

Excellent shop to find high end and little known beers. Best of all ( for us GF Peeps ) Excellent Gluten Free beers. As far as the owners dog hanging out in the store, I'm glad they have each other for company all day but I'm biased, I typically like the average dog more than the average person.

I'm sorry I don't believe that is available in New Hampshire.
People are required to wear masks in the store, and santation protocols are in place
I do my 5gal batches in cornealious kegs and shake them crazy over a few hours. Kegs are cheap and don't need a keg system for this. You can also try a small air pump with one of the carbonation stones. Be careful to make really sure that it is all sanitary and have a good filter for the air to stop the nasties getting in. Best way to get it to kick off is making a DIY stir plate and a then a yeast starter 1-2 days before brewing. Super easy to make and do. It's a large healthy pitch so should see good action in under a day. Don't over do it though. Also just an FYI that if your wort does not start to ferment you can try another yeast pitch in it. Never hurts and could save a batch. No go after that? Check your process and make sure you are sanitary but also no extra cleaning agents lingering. Check a full grain batch temps to make sure you hit it right during mash and lautering. Check the temp of the wort when pitching as well. Good luck!
