Really awful. The rented bikes were in poor condition. One of us had a flat tire about 5 miles into the ride and we found out that none of the "emergency tire repair kits" they provided with each bike had any bike tire levers, and that none of the small pumps they provided was working. We had to rely on the kindness of a couple of other riders who stopped by to lend us tire levers and a working pump. We lost more than an hour replacing a tube that would normally take about 20 minutes. We would avoid this shop and go to Damascus where there are several high quality Creeper Trail bike shops to choose from.

We called Saturday morning hoping to get an opening since I didn't call in time the day before. The man who answered was very nice and helpful. We got our spots at 10 and to arrive at 9:30. We did what they said and it was very easy. Signed a form, they fit the bikes and then they loaded them as everyone waited in the parking lot. As we rode the shuttle up to Whitetop Mtn, the driver, Willard (i think) was very nice and chatted up the group. He also pointed out places to eat in Damascus. I felt a little car sick and he offered the front seat which I took. All in all, a very easy transaction and very pleasant, helpful staff. The prices seem worth the rental and shuttle. Don't forget to tip your driver!

Great rental service, fit us to our bikes and made sure everything was in working order. Took the shuttle all the way to Whitetop and had a super friendly and knowledgeable guide who told us a lot about the area and gave some great recommendations for food and the wine. Would recommend!

These guys were incredibly helpful and so fun to work with! They made the rental process really easy, got us some great bikes and helmets, and had us all set up for the creeper trail. We felt like we were on a tour as they shuttled us to the top because our driver just knew so much about the area and was so fun to talk to. They made the entire rental and shuttle process so easy, it was great working with them!
