If I could give zero stars I would. Office staff took 3 months to return calls for referral. Said they were emailing new patient paperwork 3 different times never got that paperwork. Came to the office for my appointment and I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins past my appointment time to be seen. I was brought back to the doctors office and she immediately was rude and disrespectful. She would ask a question then speak over me as I was trying to answer her. She told me 3 times in less then 10 mins if I didn't like her questions I could leave and find a new rheumatologist. After getting quite upset with the way I was being treated my husband (who is also my patient advocate) was trying to help answer her questions and she rudely said she's a grown woman and you are not my patient stop answering for her. I tried to explain that I have severe debilitating anxiety and fear of doctors from past trauma and that he is there to help me. She told us to leave! I have never been so disrespected by any other doctor in my life. I will be going to the board and doing everything in my power to make sure this doctor isn't allowed to treat one more patient the way she treated me today!!

The office staff lost my records. They were sent over, and confirmed that the front office had them. Then, a rude lady called about a day before the appointment saying that “they have no records on me”—in other words, they lost them. Overall wasn’t impressed but I needed a Doctor. How do you lose important and private documents on your patients and act like it’s their fault???

I went here since I had just moved across the state, and my first impression of the doctor was that I had finally found someone that cared, listened and understood me. There was a plan of action set and I was so excited that for the first time I felt understood my pain. I cried from happiness, and then it all went down hill. I left work early for my next appointment, I got there and I was told by the front desk that my appointment had to be moved to an over the phone appointment and the doctor would call me the same day. Never received a call. In fact, no one answered any calls for about a week. Finally when I received a call back a week later, they apologized and asked ME WHAT I NEEDED. When I explained the doctor said that I had to had a follow up after my initial appointment they seemed confused and set another appointment, which of course was cancelled. Then the nurse called me and apologized and scheduled another phone appointment. When I called for said appointment I was told by a very rude front desk lady that they didn’t do that anymore. At that point I requested my records and she was extremely rude. I got a call to apologize for the misunderstanding and that they would request blood tests… which again took two weeks of me calling to get. Please don’t come here. They give no excuses for being put off, and you’ll just suffer meanwhile.

The front office is disorganized and rude. I had to ask for my medical records 8 times before I got them. They act like they are doing you a favor. The phone is not picked up in a timely manner or at all. The doctor had no real knowledge of my autoimmune disease. Labs are not reviewed in a timely fashion. I am an RN and if these folks did this is another state they would be out. Sick and frustrated. I will not be returning.
