Hi Kellie, Yes we do make strawberry shortcake cakes. Anything as small as a 6" diameter up to a full sheet cake and anything in between. Please call us and ask for a decorator or manager to place your order. thank you! Susan

We require all customers to wear a mask when inside the building unless you've gone to have a seat in the dining area of the bakery. We are still limiting inside tables and you'll see there's a pile of tables and chairs against one wall. We only put out the tables that allow for 6' between groups of diners. We do have outside seating also. We also offer curbside pickup if you don't want to come inside. Thank you!

Yes, we do have gluten free desserts. They say "gluten free" in red letters on the tag at the front of the tray. Our employees can also point them out to you when you come in. thank you!

My best advice is for you to come dressed well, print out a copy of your resumé or qualifications, and ask to speak to a manager. It's also a good idea to apply when they aren't very busy, like inbetween breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner on a Tuesday. Good luck!

They actually do offer some gluten free cookie options. I've purchased them and they are good. They told me one time they tried to make a gluten free cake but weren't happy with the result so right now it's just a few cookie options.
