Walked in to buy an iPhone 13 and their salesperson informed me that they aren't allowed to sell iphones anymore unless they are on a post paid account. And this is not what I was told last week. Further, I lowered my standards and asked them if they had any of the Motorola models displayed and they said yes. But each model displayed is roughly a 64-128gb memory. And all they have are the 256 gb stylus .models that start at 400$. They don't have the models that are displayed for 249.99... I call this poor preparation and poor service to only sell high end models and not keep your low end stocked as well. I bet Walmart has a phone that will work.

Helpful staff. They actually had enough technical people roaming around that it was easy to get questions answered. They have a separate crew to man the cash registers so checking out was painless.

I spent 15-20 minutes going around looking at TVs and cell phones in my Wheelchair. SEVERAL employees walking around. Not one of them offered to help, etc. Not even when i was CLEARLY studying phones ( holding, pushing buttons, etc). As I was LEAVING, someone asked if they could help me with anything. 😐 I couldn't help but laugh and say no and keep going.

I had an employee named Brett Edwards that worked there help me with an item for pick up. He went over and beyond his job and expectations to generously assist me without me asking, he just knew I was struggling. Very nice and helpful. I can't compliment and appreciate him enough! Thank you Brett!
