We mixed up our appointments for covid shots. Thought my appointment was at this location but was mistaken. Asked for. Help with switching appointment and pharmacist assistant was rude. Did not even exchange basic pleasantries. Was not helpful in any way. I acknowledge mistake was fine, however rudeness is not excusable regardless.

Tried to speak to someone to call in two prescriptions but they rudely cut me off and told me to just leave a message. So I have no idea if they gave it or when it will be ready.

Tom helped me out in a pinch and had my forgotten prescription ready quite quick. Definitely going to be using this walgreens when traveling from now on.

They advertise free flu shots. I registered online for a flu shot filled out the same information on a second form. Called to see if they offered the shot for senior citizens but nobody answered the phone. Went the schedule time the next …
