Went to pick up western union always use a security question because I’d is damage which I always go to this location so today (White lady black make up decided to be rude & give me trouble I was very nice she called manager explained situation he finished my transaction and told me don’t come back to the store Which was odd because I always come here and was told I didn’t need id if I had the answer to the question to the Security question if that’s the policy then be mad at your employees if they did they job correct there wouldn’t be a misunderstanding Manager says they don’t take security questions if that’s soo why when I type info on computer it one of the questions I have to answer correct before I can check out with cashier
