Pure delight as always! Wonderful setting here, comfortable and oh so cozy. Breakfasts are always a surprise and a treat. Rates are so reasonable! I noticed one review with humor, that complained about the linens and towels. This is a lovely Mountain Inn; one does not expect or wish to find "The Ritz" in the middle of rural Yancey County, but what one does find is so much better. Nancy and Randy could not be better hosts and as for the towels; they are line dried and smell of sunshine.

Have stayed at the Celo Inn many times for work as well as recreation in the vicinity. Celo Inn is in a beautiful rural setting along the lovely South Toe River. The accomodations are always clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy, and very reasonably priced. The towels and bed linens smell of sunshine and fresh air. Nancy and Randy prepare a wonderful homemade breakfast every day. Their spring and summer gardens provide fresh fruit for the fresh muffins and flowers for the tables as well as garnishes. My family and friends love to visit the Celo Inn and the Celo community of which the Inn is a special part. Nancy and Randy are extremely knowledgeable about the numerous artists in the community as well as recreational opportunities such as hiking, fishing, biking, and shopping for art and local crafts.

Great place to stay. Centrally located but still far enough out and away to be a relaxing retreat. Breakfast is all home made and not to be missed. Owners are great people and really make you feel at home. Only negative is the showers are a little small for large people, but still manageable.

Wonderfully private, beautiful setting on the South Toe River. Nancy and Randy offer comfortable, lovely rooms at a price that anyone can afford! Breakfast is my favorite meal, anytime of the day and Nancy makes great breakfasts! I really enjoy my stays at Celo Inn! Call and make your reservations early as this unadvertised Inn books up fast!
