I’ve only had breakfast at Hi Tulip but every time the food has been delicious and is reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly and fast. This restaurant is definitely a reason to cross the bridge.

They have a patio. I would call & ask, I did see some very small lap dogs once or twice. Think 1 was inside & the other out. Please call and explain your situation they are great!

Employees and customers wear a mask and menus are sanitized after each use.

Do I need a mask? I am highly claustrophobic and mask wearing scares me. If others wear masks I can't understand them as I am deaf and need to lip read. So no masks = good!
