I live in their sister property which is right down the road, Named Happy Haven, this property have had no management here for months, it's the same management as Palm and Pine We have people that rent to homeless and have a junk resource business in their families mobile home. They are not on the lease but They live there, at this time there are five people living in this mobile home. The management does not care. They have you sign a lease that states you can only have a guest stay for 2 weeks a year, but obviously that's not the case these people are here all the time without any kinds of background checks.

This park can’t seem to keep a manager. There is little to no follow through from Lakeshore on any issues. Communication just doesn’t happen. The rent is among the lowest in the area but the yards are so small if you have one at all. By the time you add in trash, water, pass through tax and yard maintenance (even if you have no yard) you might as well spend a few more dollars and have a nice park which this isn’t! The residents are great but that’s where it ends.

Do you accept dogs and can you park your own trailer or do you rent them for permanent residents
Good luck getting them to return your call. Debbie is rarely in the office. Monthly rent for an RV spot for the season is $750 a month (for four months stay) plus water, sewer, electric and a background check. Im sure there are no sites available this late.
They don't rent out until at this particular park, but they may have a space for his RV. They're not very good at returning phone calls, I'd start leaving messages right now and continue to do so. They also own Happy Haven, and that office is open more often. He will need to do a background check $60, and lot rent for RV spot year round I believe is $750, plus water and electric, but don't quote me on that lot rent.
Lot rent, trash pickup and mowing. You pay water, sewer, electric separately.
No idea, sorry
We drove through the other day, there were two old trailers for sale by owner. The lift station there failed a few months ago, the residents are expecting the lot rent to increase
Need to call them, they may not monitor this site
No, this is a trailer park. You pay a lot rent, and water bill, as well as electric. Our lot rent was $524, plus a pass thru tax.
It depends on the lot but the one I looked into was 499 a month.
