I went there today and the person who brought me stuff out was kinda rude, as I was getting my drink out of her hand I didn’t grab my ticket number and she threw it in my bag. She didn’t even greet me when she walked up to my car or anything. But everything I ordered was correct so that’s good at least. She might’ve been having a bad day so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.

Super long lines in drive-through only to find out that they did not get your order right. They are now starting their employees out at $12-$13 an hour yet the same stupid employees cannot even count change back to you. Definitely not worth minimum wage

I've worked at McDonald's for a number of years. Which led me to a very specifically made frappe. My family went through drive thru earlier this week and I ordered my drink. I know it's particular, I apologize. But... I honestly just expect a lot to mess it up because it's rarely been made right outside of my "home" store I worked at years ago. You guys nailed it. Thank you so so much! I will go out of my way to use this store. Food was hot, service was friendly. There was a bit of a wait but the store had a crazy line so obviously you got hit. But it kept moving. Best sore locally I've been to.

I went through the drive through not even 10 minutes ago and I had some of the best damn customer service out of this establishment I've ever had in my life. The super nice drive through lady and the sweet young man running the next window who worked on 5/12/22 at around 10:30 need a raise! Good on you both!
