ECM came to the house on time, gave us a proposal after analyzing our needs and was out the next week to install the new AC unit. The workers were on time, completed the work as planned and cleaned up afterward. We are very satisfied with the work, the unit and their professionalism.

It is time for dinner. Opening my freezer I find what I want. Now is my problem. The door will not close, push, push, and then it closes. Next day, going to the freezer the same thing happens. cannot close the freezer door. what do I do with my frozen food that could spoil if door is not closed. A phone call away to ECM as I have a yearly contract. The servicemen ae busy as this is a holiday season. But when I tell them my food will spoil and defrost, they will check on a technician. Back on the phone, ECM has made room for me during that day. A little while later, the serviceman, Sam, has come to my rescue. I tell him my problem, and he knows exactly what to do. A screw got loose in the back of the freezer, and so he checks it out, uses his tools, and bingo, it is now fixed. Could not have asked for a better technician. Moral of my long story, get a yearly contract, Call ECM for your household appliances Happy holiday.
