Denise should be investigate for fraud. She document that she gave me a vaccine but I never received the vaccine. Another pharmacy try to call her and she refuse to clarify anything. Why document something that was never administered.

worst walgreens in florida. never anyone around - always short-staffed. pharmacy counter always super slow, and staff not wearing masks properly, and apathetic and rude. tonight, the pharmacy put the wrong medication in my daughter's prescription!!!! response from the pharmacist: oh just come back and exchange it... it's a controlled substance for an 8-yr old, not the wrong type of soda - this isn't Publix!! shame!! contacting the FDA, florida health, walgreens corporate, and the sun sentinel. i am not going to let this drop.

Worst pharmacy customer service in area! They never fill prescriptions on time and if you try to contact them you will be placed on hold over and over and over and over again until you just give up. You would think its because they are busy, but i ended up driving to them as i was on hold and the place was empty…

The worse Walgreens in the local area. Poor customer service, not considerate of people’s time and NEVER call you to inform of prescriptions status. I went four times looking for a prescription, today they asked me to wait while they packaged. 40 mins later I went to the counter (no one in the store), my prescription was in a bin. I was waiting as instructed and they did not have the courtesy to inform me that the prescription was ready.
