Recently purchased a service plan from Hammond and was very pleased that I did. Bryan located and solved a major issue with my system when it shut down. He is knowledgeable and thorough and the company is responsive and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. Update for 2022. This is the company to call if you have a service issue. Bryan is amazing! He diagnosed and repaired the problem with my unit in 15 minutes. The company is highly responsive and the pricing is excellent. I was told by another firm that my unit needed to be replaced several years ago. Thanks to Bryan and Hammond, they have kept it running at a very affordable repair cost for three years now. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and diagnose and solve the problem with your system and give you suggestions to save costs. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

I have used Hammond for years and have always been impressed with their response times and level of service. Their techs are always courteous and answer all of my questions. Last night was no exception. I had service and repair done a few weeks ago and noticed an issue when I got home after work yesterday. Kerry was the technician that came out to check. The company honored the 30 day warranty and completed the repair. I only had to pay for the service call. Kerry was so polite and did a great job!
