Only giving two stars because I was eventually refunded but never given an explanation as to what went wrong with my order. Customer service reps were unhelpful on the phone and unresponsive to emails. Ordered $500 worth of items & only received half the order. Then they said they would be expediting the remainder of my order. Again, I only received part of my remaining order well past the deadline for when I needed the items. Never got an explanation about what went wrong and was a big letdown for an important event.
