Ordered hot tea now for the third time and they keep giving me a cup full of hot water. Literally. Every. Time. So I’m not sure if everyone skipped that training video but note to all employees: Hot tea requires a tea bag!! If they ask for sugar, then put sugar. Pay attention and make sure you give people what they actually ordered!

I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this store and its franchises. Tonight's struggle was with the kiosk. However, the manager – Tyler – was very helpful with a quick resolution. Hope to have more workers like you! Also, the store was much cleaner than usual.

Just left there about 10 mins ago and the lady at the 2nd PICK UP window had a nasty attitude. I was missing my 2 hash browns and then she goes and questions me if they in the bag she just gave me. I ordered a large Carmel Frappe w/double Oreo and double Carmel and low and behold NOT RIGHT. I use to work at McDonald’s so the screen tells it all. Im sorry she was having a bad day but a bad day and you work in public doesn’t mix.

This McDonalds is convenient for me as it is right next to the MTSU university. The employees are always friendly and I never have any problems and this is one of the few locations open 24 hours. I wish more were like that like they were before 2020.
