A month ago I paid my phone off to be able to transfer to Verizon. The service with t-mobile was terrible. I paid t-mobile 800, a week earlier my hubby received his replacement phone, s20 worth what?600?700? I had a s21plus So we get 800 a piece off each phone for opening new service with Verizon, and we each get new phones. Then the guy tells me it's 500!! For taxes!? Oh OK, and our screen protector and phone cases I paid it. Two weeks later I get a bill for 270 for administrative fees? I was never informed or disclose about these fees. My hubby gets a 200 card which has yet to be sent out. Well my hubby passed away, a month after becoming new verizon members. So, today I went and got his phone disconnected and was told, to bad so sad call this number to complain. Here's my beef, we had brand new phones a month ago paid in full, I have turned in his phone, so I don't owe on it, but get I lost 700 on his phone! Brand new phone a month ago, now I have nothing. So Verizon, what u gonna do now? I haven't talked to anyone competent, your employees want ppl to lie, they want me to lie and not tell you I'm not 55 because my bill is gonna go up. I pray it don't go up more than 60 a month or you better have a nice refund to replace two brand new phones that you received a month ago plus almost 1000 from me in payments. Yes we don't know when ppl die but your staff was well informed of my hubby's condition, all you guys want is money. Who cares about the customer. Your as bad as t-mobile who I was with for 10 years.

Prices e just to dam hi. They charged me 20 dollars fir a charging chord. Just a chord. I went to Walmart got two charging batteries an 3 chords for the dame amount. Go figure

I don't know what you mean by corporate. Anything that has to do with my phone, my service, or my tablet is why I go there. This Verizon is the closest to my home and very convenient.
No appointment necessary just bring ID
Good luck. It usually will straighten itself out the next billing cycle. You should be able to dial 611 from your Verizon phone or go to the nearest store with your bill.
You do not need an appointment but know that the ate only allowing in 1 customer per associate so you may be waiting outside door a bit, depending on how busy they are and when you are allowed in you'll need a face mask/covering.
You might get one there. Batteries plus would probably have one before Verizon.
