Worker could barely speak English... Ordered TWO drinks and while only charged for one, horrible service!!! Tried to order a breakfast sandwich, was told I had to go to the DRIVE THRU...So you don't serve those items to walk-ins??? Is this some new corporate tactic or just someone who didn't want to do their job??? Asked for a receipt due to the rude service, Worker dropped change in my hand and walked away!!! I paid cash, I made a SIMPLE REQUEST, not anything out of the ordinary. Was not busy either and being rude to face to face customers, not a good look to get them to return. Total of 1 customer in front of me and 3 behind...If the cashier can't handle "all that pressure", put them on making coffee or something simpler.

Saturday June 11th 5:45 AM Asked for 2 cups of coffee had to repeat my order FIVE times to 2 different workers and they still couldn’t get it right, manager barely speaks English and absolutely one of the worst locations to stop at I ended up leaving without buying any coffee and still got charged for it and had to go back to get a refund and be late for work 👏👏 great job TIM HORTONS

Our new church near this location on Hoover Road in Warren...wanna make sure this is the location in question. If so, staff needs to do waaaaay better. Girl sweeping the floor behind the counter...dust flying with baked goods exposed. I really didn't need to see that. Went today, inside drive thru quite busy. I ordered 3 donuts and had to ask for the tissue wax paper. I was asked ,"Oh you want that?". How else do I remove the donut to eat it? 😑

They make my drinks good BUT food is always cold, if not wrong. They swiped my card twice without saying anything because they rung the order wrong. Locking my card because they messed up. Here for drinks only is good. Anything else, go somewhere else.
