So I went here today 9/12 for an appointment. When I walked in the lady at the desk asked if she could help me. I told her I have an appointment and she immediately said we don’t have clinic today it’s been canceled. She then stated that we called everyone 3 times to let them know. Then she finally asked me my name. I have her my information and she told me they had the wrong number for me. She let me know they could reschedule me for 9/18. She never apologized for me coming from Spring Hill to Wesley Chapel for no reason and never even asked what time would work for me to see what was open. I told her that was alright and I left. I was referred here by another Dr., but I think I will find another on my own. I am ok with things happening and needing to cancel but be a little respectful of my time also if you can’t get in touch with me, don’t be rude to me when I show up. You only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression and I’m here to tell you that you might want to try elsewhere that will not be so rude.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Dr. Musy is a phenomenal doctor and his staff is diligent and knowledgeable. This office is well organized and I’ve been seen on time if not sooner for every appointment.

This place needs people checking patients in that know what they are doing and how to communicate. This is the second time coming here and when u walk up to the window there is a guy and a girl (which both seem clueless) the guy is rude and neither can explain the difference in 2 test options that are given. Not a good thing for patients who doesn't know about allergy testing.

Astonished at the delays of service. I wasn't sure if I could believe my wife that it took over an hour once checked in to see a doctor, so on my son's follow up visit I decided to go myself. Well, Im 45 minutes into the visit so far, and haven't seen anyone except a desk receptionist. Unbelievable. How can an office make appointments and have nothing but delays. I will update this review after the doctor arrives to see how the actual service is. Great doctor, wait still stunk. Increased star rating.
