Dropped off my shipment several hours early before I could get to my house. Left three pallets in my driveway. Did not have me sign for it or anything - just left it there. I called the driver who pretty much said... sorry I have other shipments and hung up on me. Which would be fine but they came 4 hours earlier then scheduled.

I bought a 450 Pound item and Saia was delivering the item. I have 250ft drive way and driver dropped the pallet at the end of the driveway and I dont have any way to bring the pallet in. I requested the drive if he can use the pallet jack to bring in front of the garage and the drive is pretty flat but the driver refused to bring it in stating company policy.

I went to the facility to get some information. Good office management people. Very helpful.
