I just went to see them with questions about my estimate for the upcoming work in my bathroom. So far they are wonderful, Jan and the office was very accommodating and helpful.

We booked an estimate appointment a month in advance and the technician didn’t show up today. When I called the office I was told he called to confirm “several” times. I had one missed call from a personal cell phone, no voicemail was left. We both took a day off from work to be home for this appointment and for the tech to just not show up or leave a message that he needed to confirm the appointment before arriving is very unprofessional and I won’t be doing business with this company.

We needed someone to take over our web/mobile designing and development, as we were not happy with our previous developer. App Maisters Inc took over and fixed everything according to our requirements. Furthermore, they also added dozen of advanced features and functions to our website. This helped us to attract more customers within a few months only. Really happy with their services and highly recommend them to anyone.

We had Sunrise remodel the guest bathroom in our condo. The quality of their work was excellent with the end result being a very attractive bathroom with new floor tile, a tub with tiled walls, fixture installation, and a new countertop by Mercatto Stone. We were especially pleased with the tile work completed by Diego who told us he treated it like it was his own. Bill was also very helpful and punctual. They were neat and clean and took care to put runners down on our floors and to otherwise protect our property as much as possible. The issue I had with them was the timeliness of work completion and in the case of one employee, not showing up at all and/or extremely late without notifying us which left us hanging. This happened on more than one occasion. They also seemingly had trouble obtaining the tub specified in the contract which should have been easy and ultimately was. When I went to purchase the tub myself, it was readily available. The entire project took a bit more than four months to complete from contract signing to final plumbing approval. The bathroom was actually torn up more than two months with a two month lag between contract signing and work commencement. These time frames were excessive and detracted from their otherwise quality work. Although they tried to keep the toilet functional, the bathroom was essentially out of commission during this time and meant we could not have company visiting. The project required a week to 1 days to complete so we were not happy about the long scheduling and construction time frames. We hired them due to the responsiveness of Chad in answering our questions, their price and the very positive references and reviews. Prior to signing the contract, we requested a "time is of the essence" clause and/or a firm date for completion. Andrea told us they would not agree to such a clause but they "would take good care of us." Based on the positive reviews and my experiences to that date, I agreed to drop my request for a timeliness clause, which, in hindsight, was a mistake. They could have easily avoided the tub issue if they ordered it promptly after contract signing. I offered to store it until construction began. Instead, they waited until demolition was complete before ordering then had issues which were entirely avoidable. Our recommendation to others considering this company is to allow plenty of time for project completion and to be prepared when things do not go smoothly. I will say that they gave me a $300 credit for the no shows and late arrivals but we would have rather had them arrive when we were told they would be at our home and certainly in a shorter construction period. We would have paid more for a more timely completion of the job had we known it was going to be an issue.
