ATMs- hours for the ATMs need to be extended, its summertime and people in the community need to be able to access funds. Its daylight until 9pm.

ATM always out of service. If I'm not mistaken, Chase charges a fee for using ATM at other banks which isn't fair if they aren't providing you with one that works!!!!!!@!

If you're referring to quick pay, the email or phone number is verified by the bank. Its not likely the email or number you're using will match you to a chase member of the same name who is NOT the person you intend to send money to.
