Visited on 8/3 after buying a bike frame and asked for a quote to build a complete bike. Was told I would get a quote back in about three days after the gentleman came back from vacation. I never received a call back or quote for the build. It's a shame, I would have liked to keep doing business here.

Big shout out to Trek bicycles in Pottstown. I had a mountain bike race, and before I left I noticed my derailer cable was broken. I didn’t think there was anyway I would be able to get it fixed before my race. I took it into the Trek shop and they fixed it on the spot! Thank you!

We have sanitizer & masks at entry. Spacing 6 feet apart and counting the # of people allowed in store at one time. Safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority!
