EXTREMELY SLOW.. I order my food online food was suppose to be ready in 20 mins I came a little later to make sure. I get there and the drive thru is wrapped around the block, and my food was not ready. They had a pile of receipts that was never touched for pick up orders. There was about 6 employees working they only had 1 person on drive thru and one at the registers, everyone else was just standing around. The guy in the front was taking orders, helping them cook, packing orders, etc. He was the only one really working smh I waited a hour and 15 mins for my order.

I waited for 30 min just to get some cold food... My chicken sandwich was horrible my fries taste like they had set for hours and hours and hours.... The only thing that I was grateful for was the service... The young lady at the drive thru window was really sweet, but overall they can do better... I'll give them another chance...

The Popeye's on W. Eight mile Rd. needs more mature people to wait on customers. My experience with them today was horrible. The young lady couldn't get my order right because she wasn't listening. She doesn't have people skills and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I won't be patronizing that one anymore. Takes too long to get your order taken and the service is just lousy.

The line is too long. The workers don't care about the customers. They were out of jalapeño peppers. Last week, they only had dark chicken. They didn't have any chicken sandwiches. 😕 I ordered a side of cole slaw and didn't get it. 🙃 Drive thru chronicles.
