I didn't mind sitting in the drive thru 15 minutes, waiting to order. Even when I was told there'd be a 20 minute wait on my order, I was still willing to wait. What I DID mind was when that 20 minutes turned into sitting in their parking lot for an hour. I noticed othe cars coming thru and getting their food while myself and 4 other vehicles waited forever. Wonder what they ordered.

My experience is great. But for reasons the KFC in the Jamaica taste better than the one here in the states.

One of their employees being inappropriate with piece of chicken or chicken stripes towards his private part. I employee needs to pull him to a side don't that in front of customers. Cashier coughing around food when she prepared it

They are required to wear masks and so are customers. They're doing take out and drive thru.
