Unforunately I can't give 0 stars but I would if I could. If you want to be treated lik you went to a government hospital in Mexico, you have to come here, long wait times, no organization at all, and extremely rude staff. I took my 3YO with a blooded open wound on his chin, waited for almost 4 hours and NOTHING HAPPENED. When we started to question when he was going to be treated, we only got rude answers from Angela at ER (no last name as she didn't want to give it to us), she is the worst. She told us that in reality the waiting time was over 7 hours but in her own words: "as a courtesy because he was a child" she was doing something to "reduce the time" making us feel that she was doing us a favor without ANY CONCERN for the well being of my child. I was trying to express my concerns but she never let me speak and she ended up raising her voice defensively me. We're definitely not coming back, prefer to drive farther away even if it's an emergency to receive more prompt attention for my family.

Modern facility that is much more a hotel in facility quality than a hospital. The spacious common areas from the entrance corridor to the Garden Level are roomy and comfortable. The individual rooms are outfitted with comfortable sitting areas for visitors. There is a refrigerator and TV and the configuration is cluster of rooms by the nurses station. Amazing facility.

The Emergency room is a joke! There was absolutely not a soul in the waiting room and they literally left my 36 week pregnant daughter sitting there for nearly an hour. This is a poor excuse for a hospital. The staff were nasty. They had bad attitudes like they we were bothering them. Sorry we are making you work..... I will never step foot in here again and I would NOT recommend anyone that has an emergency to come here. One hundred thumbs down!!!!
