Uses digital keys as part of the app to unlock rooms and outside entrances as well as the pool. My key wasn't functioning on my phone (current model) and spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting before they'd get me a new card. Guests shouldn't have to be worrying about a room key malfunctioning during a busy hotel stay in the year 2022.

We had a very poor experience at this location. I really expected more from this brand. 1. We had to switch rooms because the first was extremely dusty and dirty and really flared up our allergies. We found a pill on the floor under the bathroom vanity covered in dust. We have a 2 year old. 2. We had to beg multiple days in a row to finally have our room cleaned the day before we checked out. We stayed for 7 days. 3. The second room was so dusty we had to take out and clean the air filters ourselves, and purchase a larger one to put on top of the unit. 4. We paid for 7 days of premium wifi for work and only got 2 days before we had to use our personal hotspots. 5. Michelle was very rude at the front desk and said we couldn’t get our room cleaned and she hadn’t even pulled up our reservation. This was the third time we requested our room to be cleaned the day before we left. 6. The carpets were sticky in both rooms for whatever reason. We kept our shoes on while walking around. 7. I killed multiple spiders.

What a lovely comfortable stay! This hotel is a gem in an extremely nice area of the city! Breakfast is free, parking is free, WiFi, pool, and gym! Everything we could ask for! We We’re invited to Detroit to attend a wedding and the whole family booked at this hotel! We were over 20 families, and none of us complained about anything! Definitely coming back! Keep up the good work and thank you for making our trip a successful happy one!

Positive: The front desk staff was awesome. They were so helpful, going above and beyond for us. Negative: We spent two nights in this hotel. The first two rooms didn't have working door locks, so we were moved to a third room. Then we had to get the keys reset twice when they weren't working. Very frustrating.

No, there is not. This hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport.
