First time at Ruth's Chris, everything here was as you'd expect from an establishment selling itself as fine dining... complimentary valet parking, service, atmosphere and food were all very good. The dishes were very rich (almost too rich) and the portions were good but at the end of the meal we felt as though something was missing for the price. I don't know that I could say honestly that I'd go back.

Me and my mother had an amazing time here. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were plentiful and flavorful, the wine was a great choice. The only issue is the entire staff referred to me as a woman the entire time I was there. I will admit that I have long hair but there was no excuse for this problem to have been made repeatedly. Upon entering the establishment me and my mother were greated by the phase “good evening ladies” and upon leaving I we were told “good night ladies. As I stated me having long hair will cause me to be mistaken for a woman. The only issue is the fact that the men and women who took me for a female had already been corrected once. This goes to show that your staff does not pay attention to the customers. I had a good server though. He was a great man and was tipped very well. I’d fire the greeters who continued to disrespect me though. The meal was great and service was well as well. However the lack of attention that you pay to your guest won’t go unnoticed. Never will I ever eat at this location again.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. Awesome employees, the filet was absolutely delicious and they were very careful with my fiance's egg allergy. They even brought her a dessert to celebrate her promotion. We will definitely be back!
