No Chicken on my Chicken Strawberry Poppy Seed salad. How do you pay for chicken and not get chicken on a salad named Chicken? Incompetence. UPDATE: Panera customer service reached out and offered a free entrée. I had also twice requested extra salad dressing given it was a full salad. No extra dressing. Hopefully they work on getting things right. Overall service at Panera has been good.

Multiple methods of ordering available make it easy to order. Option to order at a terminal near the door provides a contact free way to order and pay. When your order is ready, a beeper notifies you to come to the counter. Great experience.

So far the most clean and most fresh food and drinks than other locations. The manager that was expediting was very friendly. The drinks were good and can tell they were made today. Food was fresh.

Instructions were not followed on the order, bread bowl was stale and uncut. Bagels weren’t what they usually are (refer to photo). Typically don’t have an issue with this location but this was disappointing
