We brought our new kitten Clando here for the first time and I was very surprised how nice and welcoming the staff were. From the moment we entered at the front desk all the way to the doctor office, everyone was all smiles. They took care of our kitten and handle him with love and care. Definitely, this will be the place to bring him.

My visit was terrible partly my fault. I AM writing his because if you have anxiety, lots of people have animals because they keep them calm, don't go herethere is no sympathy or a bit of symphony for your condition even when you have told them your issue. ADISABILITY IS A DISABLITY.did have a panic attack, I am the bad guy I look bad I admit tht I was told I could control myself no natter ith and this was from a medical professional. IF you have any condition short temper etc don't go here of course dog is in more so now because I had to wait so long .Please read this I WHEN I made the appointment , I asked them to note my condition, I run a service and know people do no always show up and if they are on time in this enviroment still may have to wait. I had to pay the fee before I went in 76.00.I should not have made appointment it was a diaster waiting to happen. PLEASE read I can take my end of waiting but I was told I was wrong I have used this vet for many years but not in last few so they made me pay in advance and had to wait two weeks for appointment. I DID also to my own embarassment explain I get severe anxiety from the meds and to please note that I did not want to lose it and can't control it beleve I am not that person and this is very dishearting for me.My dog is a rescue and has very bad nails. I thought today so when she said other appointment, but just contined to tell me I was wrong , I also apologized and told about the anixety .If she did not see shaking she as blind. The manager came out and was calm but she still should of just gotten me an appointment and taken care of right away I might not be happy, but would come back .Really I called back to make sure that money goes to someone who could use it .They still told me I was wrong.get sime customer service lessons, not be so critical of the customer. Maybe I am rambling sorry about that, but I never ndersood his before, but I n ever made a customer I may have thought they were a jerk but just took care of them asap and get them out.I did not get call text, or emil reminder I called nor do I beleive I was told that it was no refundable. IF I heard here wrong I did so for three Tim's anyone yes was perturbed,, by still ok until the sarcasm came The receptions to HAVE USED THIS VET FOR ANY YEARS JUST NOT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AS MY LAST PET PASSED AND I WAS DISAGNOSED WITH STAGE 4 BREAST CANCER WHICH I still have my pet passed and did not replace because was not sure of the care I could give.I should not made the appointment waited paid in advance @all this caused me great pain abd m dog I stilluffering. oin vt for served

Disgusted Customer! I was brought into the room and my bunny was weighed by the tech, who then told me it was mandatory to wear a mask. She left and I let him hop around the floor until the vet came in. She asked me to put him on the table, where she placed her hand on his back. He immediately lunged for the wall, where she grabbed the bunny and it screamed, then pushed out of her arms and fell down 5 ft onto the hard floor. Immediately hiding and thumping to stay away. She tried to talk to me for a minute, I removed my mask, so I could attempt to comfort him. This woman comes in and says “please wear the mask at all times someone is in the room.” I look up and notice a camera. At which point, I am literally stunned that this employee just witnessed the entire event and instead of checking on the animal has the audacity to ask me to cover my face. Afterwards I spoke with several staff asking for my exam fee to be waived of $90, as he/she was not seen or examined at all. Two staff told me the notes said a thorough exam was conducted. After I explained, “the manager,” called. All seemed like she understood until she proceeded to tell me I must not “have noticed” her looking the bunny over, that she did check the belly and ears. She says “It’s so quick you just don’t realize.” However, at the same time, she also recognized that with my particular bunny it’s better to examine on the floor, which honestly I’d say is best practice if you don’t know how to handle a rabbit. She said if I scheduled a nuture/spay date that they would waive the exam fee at that point, as their plans would be to conduct this the day of surgery. This place is rediculous! I’ll be taking him to another local vet to check if he was injured in the fall. I’m really upset with myself I didn’t read more reviews and realize how poorly managed it was.

All Pets is very welcoming, I enjoy taking Maxwell and Martina there. They get good service and they are both doing well under their care. I am grateful for having such good caring veterinarians, technicians and staff.

Do you neuter rabbits

Robin Mason | Sep 16, 2018
Bree Drouin | Sep 16, 2018

You want someone who has a ton of experience doing rabbit neuters. Keep in mind when a pocket pet goes under anesthesia, 1 in 13 die, so you want a surgeon with the utmost experience and the most successes. You also need to ask yourself if it is worth the risk. If you want someone who does do neuters on rabbits regularly and has the most knowledge in the state I recommend Dr. Dutton or another Veterinarian at Weare Animal Hospital.
