Today 8/4/22 I was driving in Manchester ct to do down the highway going down the street a dark blue infinity was speeding behind me I tried pulling over the first time I didn’t work the person almost rear ended me so I keep speeding up I saw a cop pulled out of a street in front of me so I started slowing down because I thought the cop would of realized therefore I think the person realize I was breaking and he switch over to a double lane and almost crash into somebody else car going 80+ miles remind when the cops turned his light on I pulled over immediately while the other car kept speeding off instead of the cop giving the person who almost killed me and my lil brother td he gave me a ticket even through I explain the situation to him his exact word “if I don’t give you a ticket I won’t be doing my job” which he was not doing because if he was doing his job who would of realized what was happening he left gave me a $149 tickets and just let the other driver go free
