We're a bit rusty on escape rooms, and had a really slow start. But after a couple hints, we were on a roll! Gina was nice enough to give us a little extra time for the Level 3 box. Fun night for 2 adults and our 12 year old.

If your talking about the one in manchester dont waste your time it was not worth the time or money the woman we dealt with was not helpful at all and very rude then she put us in a room and didnt even tell us where to start at terrible experience

They do indeed. You can buy one for $22 a pop, and when the owner of that gift voucher shows up with their code and card they can get in for free. There's also a Holiday Bundle sale going on where you can buy a gift voucher plus a passport for $25 instead of paying $32 for both. Keep in mind that the gift voucher can only be used at the location it was purchased from, but the passport can be used at any location.
