Ludlow animal clinic was great during the time I was taking my dog there. However, the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not help when I called looking for approval on a prescription while switching vets and did not even accommodate by trying to give any advice on how to obtain a new prescription.. The most I got was that they’ll “decline the request and send it back to PetMeds” when asking what I should do after placing an order for my dogs tick medication. Extremely unhelpful and unsettling considering everyone else is so kind and understanding. Dr. Eva Rodriguez is an amazing veterinarian nonetheless.

The vets at this office are amazing and so kind with how they take care of animals. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

My cat wasn't eating and had diarrhea and had IBS. Where he is usually playful he wasn't anymore so I knew he needed help. I was scared I would lose him. I took him to see Dr. Rodriguez and after some tests which gladly didn't show anything serious, she put him on probiotics for his IBS and he got a B12 shot and antibiotic shot. Seems stress can trigger his IBS like loud noises and leaving him alone all day. Anyways happy to say my cat is doing better. Eating 3 flies in one day may not have helped either. Dr. Rodriguez really cares about your pet friends and her staff does too and they are compassionate. They know it's hard on us pet parents when our loved ones are sick. You would be wise to take your pets here and be assured that they will get the best care.
