I called for an estimate and they were very prompt, professional and willing too work with around my schedule. The crew showed up on time, we all walked around the property to make sure everyone understood the scope of work so there were no surprises. They were all professional. If I could give Arbortech 10 stars, I would. I have never experienced such exceptional service from any company. I had a tree fall down on Saturday due to a storm. It had to be moved due to it blocking multiples tenants doors. I had called multiple places leaving messages(not one got back to me). However not even 5 minutes after leaving a message for Arbortech. Justin called back I told him my situation and the tough spot the the tree was in. he told me that he could be there in an hour. He was there within the hour. Due to it being a Saturday, I was really surprised. Within 3 hours he had the tree all cut and moved. When an owner shows up puts that much effort in on Saturday. You know it’s a solid company. I’m sure with his whole crew they can take down a entire forest in a day. It was even a pleasurable experience talking to Lindsey getting everything sorted.I would not recommend a better tree company. I will definitely be referring and using in the future!

Great experience starting from talking with Lindsay on the phone who was friendly and professional. Within a few days Justin came to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us in deciding which trees were truly a concern and which ones could wait instead of just seeing money he could make. He also made some other recommendations based on his knowledge. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they kept me up to date on arrival of workers. They did the job quickly, left no mess and were very professional. Also, absolutely great pricing! Would definitely recommend and will be the first to call when needing tree work in the future.

Yes! We work year-round. In fact, there are some key benefits to having your tree removal or tree trimming service done in the winter. 1) When the ground is frozen there can be less impact to your lawn. 2) For particular trees, such as fruit trees or those prone to insects/disease, late winter pruning is often suggested to minimize the chances of spreading disease. 3) We often have some great winter deals to offer our customers!
Yes! At all times we have at least two skilled tree climbers on staff. Climbers facilitate the tree removal and tree trimming process in many ways. The most notable being that they can get into tight spaces where larger equipment, such as bucket trucks or cranes, normally could not reach. So if you have a tree in a fenced in backyard, right next to your septic system, or up on a hill we can send a climber to remove it with simply a harness, some ropes and chainsaw.

Hi Chris, we are certified to treat trees. We are licensed with the State of CT DEEP; however, we do not offer this service. Just a piece of friendly advice: there is a very specific window of opportunity to effectively treat ash trees. If you are beginning to see significant thinning in the canopy and loss of bark it could be too late. We wish you the best of luck in your process and hope you are able to find a solution that works for you.
