Our contract was signed in April 2021, after we initially spoke with them and agreed to work with them in 2020. Our pool is still not finished and our backyard has been torn up with rocks and broken concrete since October 2021. (See below) We literally are working with a lawyer now to hopefully recoup something from this nightmare. We have been very pleasant and patient with them and have had tons of messages not returned, been told many different stories on when it should be completed, which never came true, and basically ignored for almost a year. We initially went with Sabrina pools, due to the many positive reviews that they had, but the vast majority of those positive reviews were with the past owner. Hoping that they will follow through on their end of the bargain, because as of right now, they are not abiding by the contract they signed. Maybe they are only prioritizing the jobs that make them more money, who knows? That’s what it seems like to us. So very disappointed in this whole experience.

Sabrina is a great outfit that is going through growing pains. With Jon as the new owner, I believe in 2020, he hasn't had it easy with supply shortages and other related issues. However, Jon is a good family man and dedicated to his trade. His knowledge is exceptional. I have been disappointed with some of the negative reviews that people have left over the last two years. It's too bad that people don't give a small business the benefits of doubt under the difficult circumstances. Any construction ongoing during this current predicament is going to be many things but not smooth at all. As a homeowner trying to do my own projects, I understand that obtaining supplies and support is no simple matter. Most businesses are short of help these days. Wages are through the roof. Supplies are astronomically more expensive and acquisition difficult. We love our Sabrina pool. Though it wasn't as fast being completed as we would have liked we are confident that our choice of Sabrina Pools was the best possible option. If it hadn't been for the fact that Sabrina manufactures their own fiberglass pool walls, we might have experienced a longer process.
