Terrible experience with Quinton and store manager. Quinton lied to me about my trade in and started throwing all of this FREE stuff at me. Kept telling me to take this case and protector glass for phone on front and back. Little did I know I was paying for all of these accessories. I just wanted a new phone. I gave you my old phones that were in great condition. I knew I should have gone and switched carriers. I have been with Verizon over 15 years. Of course I never saw a credit on my account and Quinton no longer works here. Do not shop or deal with this location or Verizon for that matter.

Install, Verizoniz is part of the problem here, but I was given my order number and directed to one of the Verizon stores in my area (one of which was 44 miles away). I drove to the closest store which was 22 miles away. The Verizon rep had advised me to call first to make sure they had the equipment. So I did. Number is out of service. Hmmmm. So I called one of the other locations and was told that that particular store did not have a working number. How customer friendly. So I took the risk and drove all the way across town, sat in line for a while, and then found that they had no record of my order. The rep seemed weary. He was not friendly at all, as if he was tired of being yelled at. Wonder why... So I drove back across town. Total waste of gas at $5/gallon. And spent the next HOUR on the phone with Verizon trying to figure out what went wrong. And the whole transaction is still pending. Verizon used to be pretty decent with its customer service, but I'm done with them!

Best experience ever during my recent service. Will Blon was very informative and pleasant. He explained in detailed all aspects of my purchase. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but he was attentive and focused throughout the process. I loved his sense of humor. With today’s climate, it was refreshing to see someone enjoying their job and giving outstanding service.
