Crowes is currently closed to ORV due to a plover nest in the access road. You can obtain a access sticker through the town of Dennis but it might not be worth it this year due to closure.

Yes. Depending on time of day. But spacrs can be full. The resources employees will tell you.
There is only a cost if you are driving out onto the flats. To use the conservation area and park and walk down to the beach there is no cost
Call the town. But no dogs until the nesting birds leave.
