Coin Laundromat in Laurel (Coin Laundry)

I was attacked by the owner for trying to dry my sheets she came over after I paid to wash and dry and began grabbing my sheets out the dryer screaming in my face that I can't dry my sheets just because when I was carrying it from the washer to the dryer some water dripped in the floor that was left over from the wash cycle and as I was putting my coins in the dryer she began attacking me grabbing my sheets out the dryer and would not let me dry my sheets I video taped everything she did to me she lied and said the machine was broken and it wasn't because I was already using it. Her husband began swinging a towel or something actually acting like he would hit me with the rag he was waving wildly in the air like he was swating at A fly I think he was going to assult me. The dryers don't even dry properly. She also lied and began screaming at me on my previous visit telling me I couldn't wash my mats but other people were washing their mats today I saw them myself. This lady has attacked me twice on two visits and even when I went in I already had my camera on because I knew she was going to attack me in some way. I'm posting this because she was physically attacking me pulling my sheets out of the dryer in front of everyone while her husband was screaming at me and I didn't do anything wrong but try and dry my sheets. She is very aggressive every time I've been there and her husband I believe was going to try and hit me.

My dryer broke on me and I had to find a last minute laundromat on a holiday! So grateful they’re open holidays! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have so many machines, making it easy and fast to get laundry done. Highly recommend!

My experience has always been a pleasant and quiet one. The owners follow a strict, safety protocol and practice social distancing. It is always clean and the machines are extremely efficient and cost effective in comparison to other local laundromat. The hours of operation ensure I don't miss a load.

I’m a ongoning customer at Coin Laundry I love Michelle the owner I have known her for since I was little girl. My family will come her and do our laundry and it would be so fun. We will play video games, watch t.v., get snacks from the vending machine and just enjoy going out to the stores nearby. I probably will say it’s the best laundry mat in the city of Laurel since I’ve been in Laure all of my life. Thank you Michelle for having us and being family to us!
