Round Table Pizza

My boyfriend and I love round table and have gone to multiple locations. This location is by far the worst one we’ve been to. We waited 10 mins to be able to order for dine in. After they took our order. It took about an hour to receive our pizza. Not one person come up to us to inform us about the status of our pizza. What made it even more frustrating that there was barely anyone in the establishment. Need to get better customer service.

I went to the Round table in Garden Grove, California. I received the worst service ever. My food took over 40 minutes. I eventually canceled my order, because I waited so long that I got a migraine headache. People who ordered after me received their food before me. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. I have never been so upset in my life. This is the first time I've had issues at this round table. The app kept saying the location was closed so I wasn't able to order ahead of time. Something needs to be done this can not happen. I have been telling all my coworkers how good the food and service is, but I am very disappointed and upset.

The worst service!! I called ahead to have the pizza ready for done in... girl behind the counter handed us a pizza with slices missing. Says she dropped them, offers a personal pan to replace it. We waited an extra 20 minutes after we finished eating to get it. I had to go all her the status and she answered, with what?? She had just put it into the oven... never coming back because I wanted to slap her.
