Short and abrupt is the best description for this practice. I am a former patient (4 years) for a reason. I needed an emergency referral to a neuro ophthalmologist due to a serious medical condition. The wait was 6 months long. Thanks for nothing, this office did not care. I had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment.

They never answer the phone, but have so many workers. They take forever to fill a eye glass perscription. It’s like pulling teeth just to get your eye prescription details incase I want to purchase contacts or glasses from else where.

If you have the eyeglass pick up number it's a cell phone text that number I don't remember it but if you know somebody that has the eyeglass pick up number that's a cell phone and you can text them and they might be able to answer you and cancel the appointment they've been acting like this since covid 19
