John Brady of Brady & Callahan represented me as a defendant in a pedestrian / motor vehicle accident, an accident where someone else in another car hit the pedestrian; a spurious claim if there ever was one. Beginning with depositions and continuing at trial Plaintiffs' counsel was very aggressive, often obnoxiously so. Mr. Brady was very adept at defusing his preposterous claims to the jury. I will never forget his summation to the Jury: "Ladies & Gentlemen in considering who is responsible consider this; if Mr. Plaintiff had hesitated for one second, just looked both ways…we wouldn't be here today". The "not responsible" verdict in our favor took less than an hour. Mr. Brady's ability to succinctly identify the pivotal issue in the case and persuasively present it to the jury won the day. Over the last 40 years in business I have dealt with many lawyers. Few if any are as intelligent and articulate as Mr. Brady. I recommend him without reservation.

The experience I had with Brady & Callahan Law was nothing but professional and very friendly, worked hard for my case, made things clear for me to understand. Brendan Donahue is very professional, very effitiant, worked very hard to help me get what i deserved!! Would recommend anyone to use Brady & Callahan!

My wife had an unfortunate accident that left her disabled and that was work related but the workmen's comp insurance company refused to pay for it. It took us over a year and two different legal firms before we hooked up with Brendan at Brady/Callahan. Brendan is as nice a young man as you will ever meet and an excellent attorney. He was right there with us every step of the way. It took three and a half years but the workmen's comp insurance company finally accepted the facts and paid. We were lucky to find him and will always be grateful for the work they did on our behalf. You can't find a better firm to put your trust in.

Questions & Answers

At work today I stepped through a makeshift cover for a cold air return duct. My left leg completely gave out as my leg went until my bottom stopped me folding my left knee very sharp and fast. Can barely walk on it, definitely torn. Options?

Hi Austin, workers’ compensation is available to all employees, unless an independent contractor, domestic worker, or certain categories of agriculture workers. If this doesn't apply to your situation, and the accident was due to someone else's fault, you may have a valid personal injury claim – feel free to call us at 802-885-2001 for more assistance.
