Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. Tried calling to get the order fixed, but the phone would just ring until it hung up. Even tried calling the customer service number and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I get making a mistake, but the lack of customer service was ridiculous.

***edit to add today's date *** 4/19/22 at approximately 7:03 pm I don't understand why this location is open until 8pm (what the employee told me) but they won't take my order. The employee "Alexis" told me they weren't taking any orders. I asked what time they closed she said 8pm (it's literally 7:03pm) and I asked her why if they close in an hour. She said "Ummmmm because we have to leave early" then when I asked for the number to the store or to a manager, because this isn't the first time I've been refused service, she told me to look it up. It's so sad how customer service doesn't even exist anymore.

Terrible pizza not hot,not fresh, not good, hard crust no sauce very little cheese and very dry. One of the worst little Caesars pizzas ever 4-13 a month later decided to try it again same results maybe worse than last time the pizza might have been made the day before

This place has become horrible. I take my kids in there, and the employees are always swearing and listening to hip—hop. None of that was barely a problem until I bought 2 pizzas from them and when I got home I realized they both had little to no crust on the bottom, so it was basically a pizza you had to eat with a fork. Just disgusting. I saw them huddled around it talkin about it so I know they knew. Won’t be returning to this one.
