The direct answer to your question is no, Proclamation does not serve food.
Yes no problem. Food trucks on Friday don't get here until around 3 but outside food is always welcome
There is no charge to get in. If your refering to the gaurd shack, don't worry about that, drive right past it. Its there for the incoming tractor trailers only. Enjoy!
