I had to unfortunately adjust my review as my significant other is on his third pair of Red Wing Steel Toe Work Boots and they do not even last a full year. To have the audacity to charge what you do, you should be manufacturing a well made product and a $300 pair of boots better last more than 6-8 months - this is nuts!! Of course his type of “wear” is not covered by their warranty or repair team, so what good is that?? Don’t even offer it!! After the third pair of replacing the same boots and two other pairs to family members I switched brands because of this poorly made product. Feedback on other pairs - “not worth the money!!” I thought the “Red Wing” brand held a decent reliable name, but PLEASE EVERYONE PURCHASING RED WING BOOTS FOR LABOR JOBS - DON’T - THEY WILL NOT LAST!!!!!! There are a few other reliable lighter composite toe brands out there, even steel toe if you’d rather, that will actually keep your feet dry, for a third of the cost of a Red Wing pair!! This is honestly such a shame, as I have no issues paying good money for a well made product - just far and few between these days!! My Old Review: This location is absolutely amazing both Kai and Manager John are super helpful beyond belief, you just don’t see this kind of customer service anymore. Bought several pairs here and will always come back to this location and will always refer to anyone needing quality boots!! Thank you guys so much for all you’ve done!!
