I lived at the Sutton Apartments for half a year and had a great experience with the office staff. I had no maintenance issues my whole stay in the studio apartment. This is a great home if you’re looking for a nice, low key apartment with a super nice pool! Thanks to Monica for all of your help in the process.

I wouldn’t recommend this Sutton apartment’s at Worcester I lived there 4 years and I moved from there last month MAY 25 2022 six day’s before and rip off thief owner she didn’t pay my security deposit back I left apartment nice and spotless I asked her three years a go for section 8 gave her application she didn’t even get back to me now I got my apartment at Watertown Thank God there is a good people to in this world but I have very bad curse for this Rich B….. thanks fore the staff I like them God Bless them

I absolutely loved living here. Great location, very quite and super close to downtown. From the leasing agent Monica to the maintenance staff, everyone was responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 stars and would definitely recommend.
